Kerbriant is an artisanal family fish cannery, founded in 1986 and based in Douarnenez, the sardine capital, in Brittany. The sardines are caught by purse seine (bolinche) off the Breton coast from June to November (MSC label), then the tins are prepared by hand on site, from filleting to canning, following recipes developed in-house.
