L'Annexe is the first brewery-fermentery in Brussels, opened in June 2018 by two childhood friends, Grégoire and Maxime, in the Saint-Gilles district. It made its name with saison-style beers — a resolutely Belgian style running against hop-forward Anglo-Saxon trends — unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.
