Hot Zeg is a family-run artisanal micro-saucery, founded in Brussels in 2023 by Vladan Rojnik. It makes small-batch hot sauces from fresh fruit and vegetables, favouring short supply chains and growing most of its own chillies without pesticides. More than heat, Hot Zeg seeks balance: sauces conceived as genuine flavour journeys.
