Huilerie Ancion (EquiLibre)

Équilibre is a Belgian “peasant oils” supply chain launched in 2022, whose oils are pressed by Nicolas Ancion at the Ancion farm. The organic seeds (sunflower, rapeseed, flax) are cold-pressed, unrefined and undeodorised, to preserve their nutritional and flavour qualities, in an approach based on direct partnership with farmers and fair pricing.
