Siroperie Artisanale d'Aubel

In Aubel, in the heart of the Pays de Herve, the Siroperie Artisanale has carried on a family craft for twelve generations, taken over by Claudy Nyssen in 1988 and continued today by his son Antoine. A human-scale business, it carefully selects its raw materials to preserve the smoothness and flavour of its syrups, and also makes apple juice and jams.
