Potagez! is a Belgian brand of fresh organic soups, founded by Philippe Debra, who prepares his recipes each morning in his workshop in Tubize. Around 600 kg of seasonal vegetables are handled there by hand, with no additives, preservatives, thickeners, gluten or lactose, across more than forty recipes that change with the months and with the vegetables supplied by local growers.
