Trésors de Beauce

Trésors de Beauce is a family business run from the Ferme des 3 Rois, a 142-hectare farm in Puiset, in the Beauce region. Brothers Jérémy and Jonathan Desforges took over their father's cereal fields in 2018 and converted them entirely to organic farming. They grow and sell, in a short supply chain, lentils, beans, chickpeas, quinoa, sunflower seeds and ancient wheats, all organic and in eco-friendly packaging.
