Chouette Canette is an organic sparkling soda launched in early 2024 by Marcel Sepulchre and Raphaël Beaumond, pioneers of maté in Belgium. It blends organically grown maté, black tea, rooibos and lemon juice, lightly sweetened with cane sugar (under 5 g of sugar), with no flavourings or concentrate. Born in Brussels, it is now brewed in Bruges.
